Most retreats last between 3 and 5 days, depending on the team's objectives and the complexity of the program. For strategy sessions or intensive workshops, we recommend a minimum of 4 days, while for reconnection team-building, 3 days are sufficient. We customize the exact duration after discussing with you.

Each package is tailor-made, but typically includes: accommodation in premium locations (villas, castles, 5-star hotels), curated meals and tastings, luxury internal transport, professional facilitators for workshops, outdoor or indoor activities (hiking, regattas, creative workshops), and dedicated assistance throughout the event.

Depending on the number of participants, budget, and desired activities, we propose a shortlist of spectacular locations in Romania or abroad. We have partnerships with exclusive properties in the Carpathians, on the Romanian coast, as well as in international destinations such as the French Riviera or the Swiss Alps. We organize a site visit before the final selection.

We usually work with teams of at least 12 people to justify the logistics and premium facilities. For smaller groups, we can adapt a special package, but the cost per person will be higher. We recommend contacting us for a personalized simulation.

We use anonymous pre- and post-event questionnaires, short interviews with team leaders, and qualitative indicators such as cohesion, clarity of common goals, and level of engagement. After each retreat, we deliver a detailed report with recommendations for the next stages of team development.

We always have an alternative plan for every outdoor activity. Partner locations have generous indoor spaces, and our facilitators are prepared to adapt the program in real-time. We have never canceled a retreat due to bad weather.
