Forcedteamprofits offers consulting, planning, and execution services for exclusive retreats, luxury team-building, and premium corporate events. Each package is customized according to the client company's needs, and specific details (location, activities, accommodation, transportation) are established through a separate contract.
The client is obligated to provide complete and accurate information regarding the number of participants, logistical preferences, and any special requirements (dietary restrictions, reduced mobility, etc.). Any changes to the initial data must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the event. The client is responsible for the behavior of participants during the event.
Forcedteamprofits commits to delivering services according to the specifications agreed upon in the contract, using verified providers (locations, transportation, catering, facilitators). In case of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, legal restrictions, strikes, etc.), we reserve the right to modify the location or schedule, notifying the client at least 48 hours in advance.
Our liability for any direct damages suffered by the client is limited to the total value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, business interruption, data loss) or for incidents caused by participants' failure to follow safety instructions. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event's completion.
We process participants' personal data (name, position, contact details, dietary preferences) exclusively for the purpose of organizing the event. We do not disclose this information to third parties, except for providers directly involved in logistics. Complete details regarding data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time by publishing the new version on this site. Changes take effect on the date of publication.
